Refunds for custom projects are only applicable under the following conditions:

- A full refund will be provided if the project is canceled before any work has commenced.
- After Initial Mockups:
- If you are dissatisfied with the initial design mockups and no further work has been undertaken, a partial refund (deducting any costs for the initial work) may be issued.
- Project Delay Due to ERRORFIX SOLUTION:
- If we fail to deliver the project within the agreed timeline due to our fault, you may request a refund proportionate to the undelivered portion of the work.
2.3 Post-Completion
- No refunds will be issued once the final project has been delivered and approved by the client.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- Change in client’s requirements or scope of the project after commencement.
- Delays caused by the client, including lack of communication or failure to provide required content or feedback.
- Dissatisfaction with work approved during previous stages.
